Variable pay will come this month . It is a part of your ctc hence it should come even if you have resigned

It's doubtful. Generally, the day we resign, they remove our name from all the benefits. This is how it happens mostly at all the organizations.
If you receive it, fine.

this is logically wrong right ?! if someone has worked for the whole quarter and name removed just because he resigned … that shouldnt be a fair trade

Considering the variable is of last quarter, ideally you should receive it, but check the same on salary day and update us here if they do otherwise..
