Trending @Wipro; Will I get early release if I'm on bench and in B3 band ?
I'm in support project and I might get an offer but I'll be in bench a month later. So any idea what the process will look like or do they torture you into staying 3 months...
I have leaves that I can encash - so do they accept negotiations leveraging this? Can I pay and get early release? I'm just really stressed right now

I think they can release you early if you are bench on period b’coz they are happy to release you asap if they don’t have project for you. And don’t think encashment policy works in Wipro.

No one can give fix answer on this as there is no such policy. But still it totally depends upon ur luck ...u can talk to hr and manager....if all ok..then can release u
