Trending @Wipro; Why is not a single person in the company raising voice against this worst policy of LOP
Why is not even the leading position people with 15-20 yrs of experience are accepting to suffer through this lop instead of raising voice against this worst ever policy on the earth we have to suffer. I think some worst suggestor suggested this policy to the company policy. Since it wasn't mentioned in the offer letter during joining so it is a fraud with us.. As they are not able to provide us project and still onboarding new people spoiling their life as well. As we r reaching out to them and trying our best to get projects by applying on iaspire also but then also they r not providing projects. Then it's their fault so why we r not getting salary for their fault. I think it's unethical and illegal. What's your view about this!!
I have been in Wipro without any project for more than 2.7 years (1.3 years of LOP). They just keep training and training and when asked about project they do not reply and keep ignoring. Some say they don't have any project just leave the company and look for others. If things are that simple I would have left already. I feel like I have been trapped with no project experience and only Total experience.... They totally destroyed my career.
Same feeling, even I couldn't able to get project from August,pinging each wmg team and project managers....but no response.No opportunities.currently under lop.

It's of no use to post this over there even after posting looking for a job and posting in detail that immediately ready to join and what skills I'm looking for, only a few friends replied those whom I'm personally known to. But no linkedin connections reacted or suggested anything to it. Even after having thousand linkedin connections it's waste coz now linkedin ppl r more interested in entertainment content on linkedin rather than professional updates or helping anyone. So I think if I'll post this over there then also only a few will just show sympathy by liking or dropping cfbr rather than providing any lead of opportunity and I'm not looking for that fake sympathy bro.
Yes, I'm in LOP and reached out to WMG team and other managers for projects but not a single reply from any of them. I'm doing everything from my end to get a project.
I don't know why they are onboarding new people if they can't allocate the current employees to proper billable projects.
I would say one can do uber, start business, or just work in a coffee stall but not in wipro. Its sh*t and every policy is more or less fraudulent. There is buy out mentioned in seperation policy but they don't give it. Legally no one can stop you but wipro will. Its cheap and even ppl like directors are just puppets and wasteful. I hope wipro collapses and it would still make 0 difference. Just everyone should resign the company only they they would understand.
