They do whatever they want to do. They don't care about us. Perhaps it happens only in India that we can't have any Employees rights. If we won't take a stand for ourselves then what's the point? Feels like we are just slaves.

Agreed! Got a nice experience of so-called professionalism. No wonder why they are in loss, the entire higher management is full of Incompetent people. They will surely get a taste of their medicine some day.
