Trending @Wipro; Which one is better?

Both are shit

Used Medibuddy last yr and the reimbursements were processed without much problem. But this yr I chose Visit. I'm not sure if it's Visit or it's Wipro's changed rules for reimbursement but it is more difficult to get a simple 100 rs claim as well now. And if we contact Visit's customer service, there's no reply from them for weeks.

How is medibuddy better?
