Trending @Wipro; Which field to choose as mainstream

Hi I am proficient in Automation testing( Java, selenium,bdd) and also in devops ,(Jenkins, kubernates, docker,AWS ) can work in both fields. confused now which one to choose as per paying scale and also work life balance.
