Trending @Wipro; 📌 When Hard Work Doesn’t Get Equal Opportunity
I want to share a real experience from my journey at Wipro, something many people might relate to. I joined the company and got selected for a specialized technical team under CIO Org. Along with me, two other freshers joined — both were girls 👩💻👩💻.
From the first day, our team said that productivity and technical performance would decide everything. Throughout the year, I gave my best 💯. I handled complex tasks, delivered strong productivity, and even guided both teammates whenever they needed help 🤝. But when the time came for permanent positions, both the girls were made permanent before me. Even though my technical work and productivity were stronger, I was told: “No vacancies available.”
A few days later, the team hired two completely new people—who barely had any knowledge 🧱🤷♂️ and have -ve knowledge..
This made me feel that maybe some bias was involved. I’m not directly blaming anyone, but as someone who worked sincerely and supported others, it felt unfair and disappointing 😔.
It’s emotionally exhausting when your hard work doesn’t get the opportunity it deserves. I’m sharing this because many experience similar situations silently.
If anyone has faced something like this or has advice on handling workplace bias, I’d truly appreciate your thoughts 🙏.

Leave for your own mental health bro. Find another job, your boss is playing you

I have seen injustice like this in my life many times

Start preparation, no use of making yourself low motivated, better study DS, leetcode n jump to product company

That is indian MNC 😆😆😆😜🤪😂🤣🤣

Nobody said Life is fair. It is difficult to accept this fact. Your hard work is not gone to waste, you have gained experience and confidence. Up to you how you want to use it.
