Go directly to the HR and ask for the release from the project and look for the other project,
HR will ask the reason then clearly mention everything about the manager.
If you don't do anything now these things will repeat

That should be the last option. But why leave the battle ground without giving a tough fight. Complaint should be made against the abusive manager and get him removed from the project. And Look out for other project opportunities within wipro.

Record it as proof. If any emails are from him then keep it as proof. Then he is breaking one of the 5 habits of Wipro, you can escalate it to the upper management.
