Teams pe ping kar. Employee separation ka link deta hoon.

Then the other person will be the Lead. 😂

If you cannot convince management.. your loss buddy.

Or if you think management is favouring the other person, welcome to reality, you can't do anything.

If skill level of both is same then it's right decision. You would think the same way if you were the other person
