Trending @Wipro; What makes people to stay at Wipro longer ?

I'm in my second month at Wipro, and I've noticed that many employees have been here for 10, 15, or even 20 years or more. I'm curious to understand what makes them choose to stay here, especially considering that Wipro's annual salary hikes range between only 5% to 10%. What do they see in this company that other organizations are unable to match?
