1.if we are in lop and resigned.do we need to pay the bonus? And do we need to serve notice period?

2.if we are in a free poll and resigned.do we need to serve notice period?

Yes you need to pay bonus if you resigned in lop.

If you received bonus you must complete 12 months from bonus date.

Then only you don’t have to pay bonus.
