Same as the title, I got non-compliance mail for not going to the office for the whole November month. So, what is the minimum time I need to be in the office to avoid that?

I dont think theres any minm time, you just need to login 3 days from ofc.

So it means just enter the office , do some breakfast and little bit of exercise and leave? Do they monitor how many hours our laptop are connected with their network ?
