Trending @Wipro; What is process for promotion B2->B3 band as no band change after 3 yrs in B2 ?is it employees fault if short term projects are assigned.

Stay B2 only. If you are released from project, you will have 90 days. Then you will be paid for another 90 days after release from wipro as well. But in B3, you have to get project within 45 days. Else, LOP after 45 days till 90 days

Have u completed u certificate and courses,if not u vl not in nomination list
