Pip is related to your performance program, if manger gave u 2 start, it means that they kept in pip , you need to work hard and do better in ur project or else they will release you after 3 months from project
I asked already release from the project and they havent did and is there any chances for termination
Am not at all interested in this project I asked them to release vme before 15 days still no response, this is first time in career am seeing like pip .....no replied to me
No, why they terminate you? Just do your work and try to be in eyes of manager if possible and just complete the given things as per timely.
Keep calm and do ur work perfectly. If you want release from your current project then u need to go for one to one discussion with PM or else drop an email looping ADH, executive, HR and PM.
