Trending @Wipro; What is discharge letter?

Hr is been forcing me to resign since a few weeks now and I was asking him for a mail through communication. When ever I ask him about a mail he used to leave the call right on my face. Yesterday I received a mail saying it was the last day in wipro and they're discharging me. The mail says.. The company is discharging me on an immediate effect by paying me the notice period pay in line with my contract of employment.

Do you think this is gonna effect me? Anyone please suggest.
