Me too B3, in bench last 15 days, I’m only looking for on-site opportunities. So I didn’t take any offshore projects, wait and see. What happened after 45 days, I already keep ready 3 offer letter.

Project has to give you 30 days virtual bench! Confirm it with HR! Next start attending interviews outside and look out for IJP opportunities within wipro as well. After 45 days In bench HR will ask you to utilise your leaves then lop starts
