Trending @Wipro; What after 4 yrs of experience with a Btech degree from BITS Pilani.

I am a WILP Btech student currently working with wipro with 1 yr exp in a support project. After completing my degree, could another company count my experience with a degree or treat me as a fresher. How much package should i get after switching from wipro. Is it better to switch after completing my Btech or get more experience in wipro and then switch.
