If the employees wanted to come to the office, if provide good Aminities & games like snooker, gyms, swimming pool in the office, then employees will show interest in coming to the office.
They can’t afford to provide both side cabs and you are talking about swimming pool 😆😆
After working 9 hours, you shall not get time for these.
We can take breaks and in between 10- 15 mints for snooker game... If it is there atleast will feel to go office right ??
You will play alone then.. We need a partner. It may possible that u'v managed time however ur snooker partner shall not. I m not sure in which band u belong, but I'm b3 and there are lots of pressure, courses they shall add, compulsory sessions, mentoring few mentees, for lateral like me, we hv to take interviews regularly and last project deadline.
It’s obvious that the companies have forgotten to provide the work stress balance.
They provide zumba and other stuff but what I don't like is mails.. There are lots of mail they send and out of 10mail 5 will be super important with deadline ex u have to send this within this time, u have to complete this course, etc etc. It gives me tension.
If you work on project they who will get time to use this things
I manage to play indoor games 2-3 times in a week for 30-45 mins.
In Pune, some of these facilities are available but i don't think most of us can utilize these.
