My lead is not approving either discussing it. It's been thrice i have applied. It is getting auto rejected.

Is any heads up from higher management not to consider these requests.

Bottom to top communication is not possible in wipro 🤣, but anything needed from top, u will be communicated with deadline

  1. Try complaining on Ombudsman
  2. Inform / Email to HR
  3. (Give them 440 volt shock) By resigning (If you get opportunity outside wipro then fine, else revoke the resignation after your demands are accepted)
