I am currently working the afternoon shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM). Due to a medical condition affecting my father, I requested to work from home. My client is ready to approved the WFH request via email, and as per Wipro policy, I am eligible for WFH under these circumstances. Also to whom I need involve to proceed further on this request.
Yes you are eligible for WFH police. if your login or logout time is between ( 8:30PM to 5:00 AM) - This is new policy introduced in May 2025 .
I am also working in second shift like you ..I got WFH approval from this month

Please talk to your manager ask to do shift allowances as well as Approve WFH.
Go to myData and check who is your manager. Ask hime to update shift time on my time. Than u wont get any warning mails.
