Trending @Wipro; Virtual Talent fest

Hi buddies,

I just got a meeting for the Virtual Talent fest, what it is exactly? On what basis they will schedule such of kind of calls ?

I have joined in wipro this month 3rd only but still not yet involved in any project so when we can expect the calls and what is maximum time of bench for newly joined people.

Is it mandatory to maintain three days a week now also since I’m newly joined and project is not assigned.

Virtual Talent fest is just a waste of time bro. They schedule these calls randomly without any proper basis. Since u just joined, expect to be on bench for at least 2-3 months. And yes, u still need to maintain three days a week attendance even if u don't have a project. It's all about showing face, not actual work. 💸
