It's just number game which management play all the time, sime time company multiplre some time margin some time contract value and deduct the money. Company is loosing value year in year and looks like they don't need smart work force but they need management who are smart to play with number.

Any chance we will get converted to Alight again ??

The margin is zero so revenue and contract value % is 83.62 and CM is 0.9 so we are getting only 75.26%
