Trending @Wipro; Upcoming Appraisal – Any Hike Clarity?

Hi folks, Trying to understand the upcoming appraisal cycle. I’ve received a 4 out of 5 rating twice. Can anyone from management/HR share what approximate hike percentage is usually given for this rating? Just looking for general guidance.
