Unit level review will close tomorrow. I'm assuming HRs will be notifying the promoted candidates in the last week and the letters will be delivered in the first week of October?
Yes. But how does it normally work. Like I know HR shares a list of eligible ppl. What happens after that?
Considering the fact that this is Role based promotions I really don't see what they need to discuss. Haven't they already decided to promote the guy after 6 months? If they didn't want to they would have easily untagged him from the higher role. I guess the only thing left to decide is how many peanuts each will get and the HRs updating the salaries. Coz otherwise this process used to take them months.
Promotions still happening with the terrible financial situation?
