I'm going to complete 18month in november and the band is going to change from B1 to B2, How much of a hike will we get for Band change! Please share the info.

Band will change only if you have got promotion letter in oct month. If you got it your band and role name will change and get 10-20% hike based on rating. If you have not got promotion letter then your band is not going to change.
