In my team i facing this problem for past few months for ex: if i ask any doubt with my senior and they clarifies as per their advise i am attaching the documents but TL questions me that who told you to attach this document this is not necessary like that i told her like i thought the same no need to attach this document but senior told me to attach then she asked who is that person and i told their name she immediately asks the senior and told my name to that senior and it creates a problem and now that senior is not speaking me well.... Actually this is my fault or TL's fault ??? Could anyone please tell me whether if i told anything wrong ??? Actually TL shouldn't ask me or else she shouldn't ask with senior ... Very disappointed 😞
