Is it common in Wipro about toxic behaviour of boss who engages the work without proper KT/information which has tight schedule of project timeline
I am facing like, I am carrying someone’s baby and raise … and it’s like killing as previous employee didn’t document anything clear
It's common in Wipro, because of shitty managers in Wipro. In my case both the teams belong to Wipro itself, the other migration team manager fights with Wipro support team manager. Initially they set rules like we need to have proper KT and documents, once the time /deadline is near just take HO with nothing in hand.
Bro it's the same for me. Except it's not wipro boss, but client side boss that is having unrealistic deadlines. Everyday I've to extend 1-2 hrs post my logoff time. Its getting tiring and honestly don't feel like rating is going to be good either based on what my teammates got.
