Trending @Wipro; Today I received an email if English assessment is not completed before the 31st aug disciplinary action will be taken. Anyone receive?

Yeah I received it few days back It said that it needed to be cleared in first attempt only else pip will be raised

I'm a B2 but often do C1's work. Have increased the revenue, practice contribution and also 5 star rating in last appraisal. Will they put me on PIP just because I was not able to clear email assessment. Even if they decided, the partners/delivery heads from outside might intervene. Stupidity at best

So far i think all under B2 & B3 recieved this. Assuming out of all the bands, B2 & B3 would have the maximum employee count in Wipro. Is this a new way of lay off / termination / cost cutting by reducing the head count?

What is PIP

Not PIP but disciplinary action and few people confirm that they receive email for PIP of not cleared
