• they don't care about employees they only care about their billings
• no hikes or promotions
• if you are on a project you just feel like a slave sold out to the client by wipro, they don't care about the work pressure or work life balance or anything
• no recognition for the sake of recognising the employees. They only give rewards or recognitions only to shut the employee whenever he/she asks for hike or promotion
• you ask for a release from a project you would never get it unless the client releases you from project
• your line manager will never fight for you with the client, like said before you are a slave sold out

There might be few lucky ones who had good managers who looked out for them and helped them in their career but I have spoken to many people and most of them share the same feeling as I do.

You are just a slave in Wipro.

There is no good hike. No matter how hard is it.

I hate working in a less pay, startups pay more!
