Well . The total amount of MAS varies based on band. For you it's 15k, for some band it's 23k and for above it's 30k and so on. So, max part of this is from your CTC only, but not all, some part wipro gives you additional. Eg. Out of 30k, 18k is a part of CTC, 12k wipro adds from its side
