As I feel....if your laptop is expired and in working condition ( small damage..they can accept) but it totally depends on IMG team...who will deal with you ......if they ask means...you have to pay....no other option.

No need of laptop box, While submitting, they will ask only about the laptop and its bag and any other accessories they have given.
