Do Wipro terminate employees for not following hybrid mode or not going to the office?

Wipro will definitely terminate employees who do not follow the hybrid mode or refuse to go to office. rules are rules and must be followed.

Wipro or any other mnc is not doing charity, end of the day they need profitability. Do you think is it wise to lose for month around 4k-5k$.. unless people are on bench they don't terminate

No one will terminate if you are not coming to office, you will get a warning letter from HR to follow the WFO policy ... Until then you can enjoy wfh

Chill bro.. it’s been more than 80 days since I last visited the office and from last 30-35 days I am On bench I have received my salary this month with variable and still not terminated🫥🫥

If someone is in billable role I doubt. It's not easy to find replacement and it will take at least 3 months to on board, and another 2 months of training. They might cut leaves though

Ok here is a story of my close friend in Wipro, it's been 3 years since he is in Wipro, he has changed 3 projects already. He was on the bench for 43 days, he was paid his salary. Recently he was on the bench for more than 30 days he got a new project and aligned to a project now, no issues with salary ( got on time salary).
He visited the office I think 3' 5 days max on a bench period, now after getting allocated to a project he never been to office it's been 2 months I guess... No warning emails, no salary issues.
Bro chill, it depends on the project, he got a remote work project and he doesn't need to go to office.

Wipro won't terminate employees for not following hybrid work, but they will give warning letters, if someone got it already then never dare to break the policy i suggest.
