Hi All,

I have completed 3 years in my current project. I started receiving emails about sharing my profile, whereas I have billing till 31st Dec 2025. But the manager is asking not to share a profile as well as asking to decline interview calls.

Received multiple mails from HR to share profile else serious action will be taken.

Any senior folks who have gone to the similar experience or suggestions on this. As my manager gives even for email response as " just ignore".
