Hello, Can anyone explain me the tenure rotation policy in wipro? I'm in Band B1, so will I be released after 18 months of working in Current customer? I have seen some persons working from 4-5 years in the same project. How is this happening? Can anyone share their experience which they have gone through this tenure rotation?
The rule says that - you can ask for release after 18 months of staying in a project. And roatation happens as such(you will be receiving a mail for the same) you can just request to your hr and wmg for your release. But, it always depends on your current project/delivery manager..
Your manager can retain you, if he is not, them only you will be released
18 months in current assignement and need to check with your lead or PM for potential future growth or assignment
