Hi All, Can someone confirm while applying for temp remote work request need to apply for all 5 days a week or 3 days are enough as per hybrid policy so that 15 days can be utilized for a month or more if applying for 3 days a week.
You can apply for 3 days a week. Coz the rest 2 can be considered in the hybrid policy. However if there are any leaves scheduled as per the Wipro calender, you can skip applying trwr for that day as well and just apply for two days that particular week even if u will be working on the day that will be a leave

3 days is fine
Three days is enough. If you have one leave(including holiday) in that week, you have to apply for two days.
For ex, 20 is the leave(Public holiday), you can apply for remaining 2 days WFH.
