I have received first non- compliance mail. Are they going to deduct leaves immediately from next non-compliance means December?
Is any one availed Temporary Remote request?
Is it required any approval for it and is it needs prior approval before WFH or we can get approval post taking WFH as well?
After 3 consecutive non compliance reminder, leaves will be auto deducted. Temp WFH needs approval from manager else gets auto declined. In exceptional cases can raise the WFH request post availing WFH based on manager approval. Better to take approval prior
Good luck getting it approved. I have attached medical docs and all proofs after that mailing several times also they didn't approved it. Not sure why they created a policy if they are not going to follow.
Apply temp WFH from portal and ask your manager to approve it, it gives them 5 days time to approve it.
