did any one get notification if we don’t go to office ?
my manager is in usa.. he really doesn’t care if i come to office and work or not?
how mandate is work from office for 3 days , i can make it 1 day a week

No monitoring from wipro side depends on client in my case .....
No monitoring as of now from my project as well. But may be from june Or July

They are tracking who is logging from office. For us, strictly guided to hit office with atleast 3 days in a week.
It depends on the client
Some people in my account got a mail it seems. But i never received. Some people also got a call from hr. Some people were also terminated. These are the gossips heard by co employees only.
I would like to know what project it is. So I can request to get into it
There is a powerBI dashboard where manager can see all these details. Now it depends on him if he wants to take any action or not
