Trending @Wipro; Team mate should be supportive

In Office culture everything is depend on your colleges, if they are good with you, in front of you as well as in your back then only you can survive in company, last project same thing I had face, In front of my face they are very good but in my back they all there responsibility through on me and I have face escalation some time I don't understand as I was new on that project but all of sudden I got to know I have to move from that project. Users were very happy from. Customer HR also very happy with me but due TL he wants I will do buttering all the time which is not my cup of tea.. I have asked to my program manager that he is the culprit but he said he can't do anything now.. I don't understand to whom should I speak..
