Trending @Wipro; Switch or stay

Am I last year of the scholar trainee program. I am in dilemma whether to switch cloud devops role or want to stay here itself with known ppl. I know my package for the next 3 years. But I confused whether to learn new skill here and jump to get more hike or switch to multiple role to get more hike now itself.

Once after conversation NP will be 90 days,now it is only 30 days. So I am confused too switch or stay.
