I have 5 years of total experience. 1st company- 2.5 years, 2nd company - 2years, and now I completed 8 months in wipro. I am planning to switch the company after 10 months for hike. Is it a good decision or should I complete atleast 2 years in wipro ?

If you get a good offer jump. You need to look after your own career. Company will not think twice to terminate you if come on bench for long

You'll get very good hike like 50k as you are already on higher package according to them.

Better get a opportunity outside and resign ASAP..market is very open now

8 months is also good to switch. But don't make too less like 6 months or 3 months. If you are on the bench or coming to bench, I not to stay back

Just switch. They hike in nuts n pennies and management show fake gratitude. Favouring people who love kissing 🍑.
