Hello everyone, I have an offer from a startup company with a work-from-home option and a package of 7.5 LPA. Currently, I am part of the WILP program where they are supporting me to pursue an M.Tech through a distance learning program. I have some medical conditions that prevent me from going to the office. I am very confused about whether I should join the new company or continue with the M.Tech program through Wipro, as many people say it is part-time and companies may not value it, also a BCA graduate, and many people are saying that getting a higher degree is useful since many MNCs overlook candidates whose highest qualification is a BCA. Is having the highest degree important in IT?
Please suggest what I should do ?
Over the time the total experience is considered in the industry rather the degrees, for part-time higher education you can always do it through various sources outside of your working hours as well... Better try to increase your pay.. With which you can pursue your desired higher education... I would recommend you go for the startup offer...
