Kindly switch if you are offered more than 10 lpa

Orelse you may get msi, you can seek B2 promotion, you will get 2year bonus merged and also you will get 3rd year bonus if all of the four I mentioned offered to you in wipro you will be having around 8lpa in couple of months.

8-15 depending on how good you are. Are you looking for DBA roles? Because pl SQL developer is very rare role, usually you'll have to know some programming language along with it.
