Hi Team, I am working on project, since I joined project no task was assigned to me within one team only creating IDs or VPN etc. One day I missed evening call, manager called me you have to apply for full day. I applied also.
Now, in every week asked for leave data, multiple times sent to him but he is only pointing me.
Forced to me work on weekends.
My younger brother was no more, after 3 days he was calling me again and again to join.
How can I survive??
Complain to HR. Make sure you have some proof.
That's tough, mate. Try talking to your manager about your workload and situation. If things don't improve, consider discussing with HR or looking for other opportunities. Take care of yourself.
Damn take care man, see if you can avail the sabbatical leave for grieving with your brothers loss. Work will never end and will always be there when you return
Involve HR, get an offer from somewhere else, post it on LinkedIn, twitter, name and shame them. But yeah that might cost you your job.
