Trending @Wipro; Struggling with boundary issues in a new project

I’ve recently joined a new project, and I’m already struggling with how toxic the environment feels. My manager keeps calling multiple times a day, even during breaks or lunch, instead of just sending a message first. It might sound small, but it’s frustrating and exhausting — I feel like I’m chained to my desk even while working from home.

This constant interruption is affecting my focus and honestly my sanity. I don’t know if anyone else has faced this kind of micro-managing style, but I really need some guidance on how to deal with it. How do you set boundaries when you’re new, without sounding rude or uncooperative? Any advice would mean a lot.
