Trending @Wipro; Some of our company policies feel outdated and actually hinder productivity. For example, the strict dress code seems unnecessary in our line of work. How can I bring this up to management without stepping on any toes?

I don't think people are following dress code in our company strictly, I see people are coming in crocs, shaded jeans etc.,

I don't know about dress code in wirpo. I even see managers and delivery managers coming to office with slippers and round neck Tshirts with a big belly. I never wore any formal attire to office from last two years.

Yes , previously the dress code policy was followed quite strictly and was mandatory for freshers. But now not so much..
