Trending @Wipro; Should i look for job change or look for new project

I was hired by Wipro on the 25th February for one of the project and due to team restructuring i will be released by the project on 23rd April month then i will be on the bench. Should i think about a job change or if Wipro has good amounts of openings for the salesforce developer role in jaipur

Job change is better option. Wipro is group off Mafias

Look for a job change ..wipro has limited opportunities...it's better to start a job search instead of waiting for a project allocation.

Look for a job change. I had very bad experiences with Wipro. I got hired for a project and by the time I joined Wipro after serving 90days of notice period in previous company they said the requirement is changed and need to give interview again. Altogether the interview was completely different with diff skill set which dint match my resume so I couldn’t clear.
I am a python developer and they forced me to accept any project which comes my way and so I accepted the opportunity and joined the project as a python tester. I spent so much time in learning new things as tester and was settling down in project but again with in 6 months they have removed me.. now I gave interview again for another project saying that I am intrested in development projects only and not testing field. I was told it’s a development project but after discussing with client they said I have to write test cases again.

I don’t think Wipro has gut development projects

It’s too much of burden for an employee to change projects very frequently
