Trending @Wipro; Shotan my notice period

My manager is ready to approve but my HR is not convinced to shorten my notice period ... I'm asking to make it from 3 month to 2 month and remaining 1 month we can cut down through annual leave + comp off+ sick leaves but still he is not supporting what should I do any suggestions.... Appreciate your support
