Trending @Wipro; SHL exam or Type of Layoffs
I have never seen anyone working in a mnc company in india needs to pass this kind of test. Is it really required for the individuals ? I feel its another way of layoffs where u no need to say to your employees about budget issue/cost cutting etc... U failed the test , just get out from here. Brain is not Braining anymore
But many people are getting the same email right so it's not possible to layoff that many people I think
You are ryt..but it seems if u fail u will be added to PIP. You know very well whats next gonna happen. Also few people are not getting the results but getting another link in email to appear the test. What doea this mean.? Ye layoff hi kar rahe hain but in a smart way..
It's not layoff, it would probably be less hike, msp and all.
