Trending @Wipro; Self resignation process

My frnds are in free pool. Our one year is completed on September 25th so from that day still they didn't get any project. Have they are in 90 days free pool period? After that will HR ask them to resign or lop?

Yes for my frnd HR Ask him for resign He say I am trying to get into project but HR forced him but still not self resigned after some time He got termination letter directly
