Trending @Wipro; Seeking Intel: Any Word from Wipro on Returning to the Office?

Received an email few weeks back that if we don't work twice a week from office then there could be consequences. But it wasnt clearly mentioned what consequences.

My manager wants us to come to the office, but the client isn't expecting us to. We anticipate receiving instructions from Wipro soon.

I think on high level they aren't caring about WFO it's only managers forcing us to do so.

No such thing being followed up from top. But somewhere individual accounts are given some target to chase their return to office numbers. Again, not sure but it looks so. Because some projects are after this and others aren't bothered. But ya, you can assume that your work from office % will be played somewhere when it comes to appraisal, RnR or anything similar. When companies go thru tough times, they need caveats to reduce cost, so it won't be intelligent to give them that opportunity on you.
